A delicious Stir-fried Romaine Lettuce with Douchi and Canned Dace recipe.
Wash the romaine lettuce, separate the stems from the leaves, and set aside. Mince the garlic and set aside.
Heat the wok, add oil, fermented black beans, and the bean oil from the can. Stir-fry until fragrant, then add the minced garlic.
Turn the heat to high, add the romaine lettuce, and stir-fry evenly. Serve immediately.
