A delicious Stir-fried Asparagus with Pork recipe.

Slice or julienne the pork. Marinate with 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp cornstarch, 1 tbsp light soy sauce, a pinch of salt, and a splash of water.

Peel the tough outer skin from the bottom of the asparagus stalks with a vegetable peeler to avoid waste.


In a small bowl, prepare the sauce: mix 1 tbsp oyster sauce, a pinch of sugar, 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp cornstarch, a pinch of chicken bouillon, and half a bowl of water. Stir until combined.

Stir-fry the marinated pork until cooked through, then transfer to a plate. Heat fresh oil in the wok, sauté the garlic until fragrant. Add the asparagus and stir-fry until tender. Season with a pinch of salt. Return the pork to the wok, pour in the prepared sauce, and toss everything together until the sauce thickens and coats the ingredients.
