  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • a little scallion, ginger, garlic
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2g salt
  • 2g sugar
  • 1 pump chicken bouillon

Instructions

  1. Prepare all the ingredients.
  2. Beat 2 eggs and scramble until cooked.
  3. Soak glass noodles until soft, then mix with 1 tbsp dark soy sauce for color.
  4. Cut vegetables into thin strips.
  5. Sauté scallion, ginger, and garlic until fragrant, then add potato and carrot strips. Stir-fry until just tender.
  6. Add the remaining ingredients.
  7. Add 1 pump of chicken bouillon to enhance the umami of the vegetables.
  8. Add 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 2g salt, and 2g sugar. Stir-fry evenly.
