Low-Calorie Asparagus, Mushroom and Shrimp Stir-Fry

- 200g asparagus
- 250g button mushrooms
- 50g garlic
- 200g shrimp
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients.
- Marinate shrimp with cooking wine, black pepper, and ginger. Cut asparagus into sections, slice the mushrooms, and blanch the asparagus.
- After blanching, remove asparagus. Add oil to the pan and cook the shrimp over low heat for 3 minutes, stirring slowly.
- Remove the cooked shrimp. Clean the pan, add 15g oil and garlic, stir-fry over medium heat for 2 minutes.
- Add mushrooms, stir-fry over medium heat for 3 minutes. Add asparagus, shrimp, salt water, light soy sauce, and dark soy sauce.
- Add oyster sauce, stir-fry over high heat for 1 minute.
- Low-calorie and delicious — ready to serve!
