  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 5g salt
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 2 stalks scallion

Re-oil the wok, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, return the mushrooms and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add 1 tbsp oyster sauce, a pinch of salt, and scallion segments. Toss everything together and serve!
