  • half tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp light soy sauce

  1. Prepare the sauce: in a bowl, combine 1 tbsp minced garlic, 2 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, half tsp salt, half tsp sugar, half tbsp starch, and 3 tbsp water. Mix well and set aside.
