Sweet and Sour Tomato Beef Stir-fry
Ingredients

- tomatoes
- light soy sauce
- tomato ketchup
Instructions
- Slice the beef diagonally — it makes it easier to cut into thin slices.
- Heat the wok with oil, then add the beef. Keep the heat on high the entire time and stir-fry until just cooked through. Cooking on HIGH heat is the key — it prevents the beef from releasing too much moisture.
- I used two tomatoes here.
- Don't cook the beef for too long, or it will become tough.
- Add some scallion segments for extra aroma.
- It's really delicious served over rice!
- Cooked this way, the beef turns out incredibly tender!
