| Chili powder | 2 tbsp | ||
| Cumin | 1 tsp | ||
| Salt and sugar | to taste |

Cut fresh pork ribs into small pieces.

Dice chili pepper, green pepper, scallion and garlic.

Add ginger, scallion and cooking wine.

Boil until 80% cooked.

Heat oil and pan-fry ribs slowly.

Fry until both sides are slightly golden.

Add minced chili, green pepper, scallion and garlic, stir-fry until fragrant.

Add chili powder, cumin, salt and sesame seeds, stir until fragrant.
