Garlic Pork Ribs – Crispy and Fragrant
Ingredients
- 500g Pork ribs
- as needed Chili pepper
- as needed Green pepper
- as needed Scallion
- as needed Garlic
- 2 tbsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp Cumin
- to taste Salt and sugar
Instructions
- Cut fresh pork ribs into small pieces.
- Dice chili pepper, green pepper, scallion and garlic.
- Add ginger, scallion and cooking wine.
- Boil until 80% cooked.
- Heat oil and pan-fry ribs slowly.
- Fry until both sides are slightly golden.
- Add minced chili, green pepper, scallion and garlic, stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add chili powder, cumin, salt and sesame seeds, stir until fragrant.
