Pork ribs 500g
Chili pepper as needed minced
Green pepper as needed diced
Scallion as needed diced
Garlic as needed minced
Chili powder 2 tbsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Salt and sugar to taste

Cooking Steps

  1. Step 1

    Cut fresh pork ribs into small pieces.

  2. Step 2

    Dice chili pepper, green pepper, scallion and garlic.

  3. Step 3

    Add ginger, scallion and cooking wine.

  4. Step 4

    Boil until 80% cooked.

  5. Step 5

    Heat oil and pan-fry ribs slowly.

  6. Step 6

    Fry until both sides are slightly golden.

  7. Step 7

    Add minced chili, green pepper, scallion and garlic, stir-fry until fragrant.

  8. Step 8

    Add chili powder, cumin, salt and sesame seeds, stir until fragrant.
