Garlic Stir-Fried Button Mushrooms
Ingredients
- 500g button mushrooms
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 5g salt
- 5 cloves garlic
- 2 stalks scallion
Instructions

- Wash and slice the button mushrooms. Add a little oil to the wok, add mushrooms and stir-fry until they release their moisture, then remove. Re-oil the wok, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, return the mushrooms and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add 1 tbsp oyster sauce, a pinch of salt, and scallion segments. Toss everything together and serve!
