Cut chicken leg meat into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt, pepper, and cooking wine.

Slice onion into strips, cut green pepper into pieces.

Heat oil in a pan, add chicken pieces and stir-fry until golden brown.

Add onion strips and stir-fry until softened and fragrant.

Add green pepper pieces and continue stir-frying.

Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Stir well and serve!
