- Eggs — 5
- Light soy sauce — 2 tbsp
- Aged vinegar — 2 tbsp
- Ketchup — 2 tbsp
- Sugar — 1 tbsp
- Cornstarch — 1 tbsp
- Oyster sauce — 1 tbsp
- Water — 1/2 bowl
Steps
- I like my eggs 80% cooked.
- Let’s make the magic sweet and sour sauce: 2 tbsp soy sauce + 2 tbsp aged vinegar + 1 tbsp oyster sauce + 1 tbsp sugar + 2 tbsp ketchup + 1 tbsp cornstarch + 1/2 bowl water. Mix well and set aside. Now fry the eggs to your preferred doneness. Add the fried eggs to the pan, pour in the sauce, and boil on high heat until the sauce thickens.
