Light soy sauce 1 tbsp

Starch 1 tbsp

Cooking Steps

  1. Step 1

    Mix 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp starch, little water, set aside.

  2. Step 2

    Cut beef into cubes. Add 1 tbsp light soy sauce, half tbsp dark soy sauce, 1 tbsp starch, mix. Add 1 tbsp oil, marinate 10 minutes.

  3. Step 3

    Dice carrots and potatoes. Fry until lightly browned, set aside.

  4. Step 4

    Sauté chopped green onions, add beef, stir-fry until color changes.

  5. Step 5

    Add carrots and potatoes, pour in sauce, stir-fry until thickens.

  6. Step 6

    Add blanched broccoli, stir-fry evenly, serve!
