A delicious Soy Sauce Cucumber recipe.

黄瓜切成条。

把黄瓜籽去掉。

生姜和大蒜切片,小米辣切条,去掉籽。

放两大勺盐,把黄瓜腌制出水。

用水多清洗几遍,再拧干水分。

拿出来晾干水分。

锅里倒油,小火把花椒辣椒炒香备用。

晾干的黄瓜里放生姜、大蒜和小米辣,生抽和醋按3:4的比例倒进去,加两勺白糖,把炒好的花椒辣椒油倒进去,用手抓均匀。

把黄瓜和汤汁装进瓶子里。
盖子盖好放进冰箱冷藏两个小时。
装盘,好吃的酱黄瓜就做好了。
