Tender Ginger and Green Pepper Beef Stir-fry
Ingredients
- 200g beef
- 3 stalks young ginger
- 2 green pepper
- to taste dark soy sauce
- to taste black pepper
- to taste sweet potato starch
- a little water
- to taste salt
- to taste Songxianxian seasoning
Instructions
- Heat a wok over high heat, add cold oil, then add the marinated beef strips (slice beef into strips, mix with dark soy sauce, black pepper, sweet potato starch, and a little water until well-coated and sticky). Stir-fry until the beef is seared and set.
- Add the sliced young ginger and julienned green peppers. Stir-fry until just tender-crisp.
- Season with salt and Songxianxian seasoning, toss briefly, and serve immediately.
- Done — ready to serve!
